The project mainly concerns the redevelopment of 3 existing buildings, namely Havermarkt 8 (protected monument), Havermarkt 10 (architectural heritage-the former court) and Havermarkt 6 (20th century anonymous house). The inner area will be cleared and will have a small park for the residents.
